Quiz of the fortnight:
Each fortnight, the Lower Sixth scholars set a challenge known as the 'quiz of the fortnight'
The first person to bring a correct solution to Lucy Chisnall (Upper Sixth) wins a prize.
These challenges are designed to encourage lateral thinking as well as being fun!

Half Energy Day: Poster Competition As part of Farnborough Hill's own national Half Energy Day, we ran a poster competition for local primary schools. The results of this can be found here

National Maths Challenge This is run by the Univeristy of Leeds. Farnborough Hill mathematicians continue to enjoy success in this national competition. For more information, please click here.
National Cipher Challenge This is run by the University of Southampton. The aim is to break the cryptograms and decode the messages. Inspired by Old Girl, Paddy Sproule, Farnborough Hill entered a number of teams from across the year groups and one came first equal in the competition. To find out more, please click here.
