Library Catalogue
The Library operates a computerised catalogue using Eclipse software. This enables students to search for items in the Library by author, title or subject.
Training in the use of the catalogue is included in the Library induction programme in Year 7.
It is planned to make the Library catalogue available from this website in the near future. Watch this space!
Computers
There are 5 computers in the Library, all of which are connected to the internet (broadband) via the school network.
Laptops
A bank of 30 laptops is available for whole class teaching or ad hoc use by students. All the laptops are connected to the school network via a wireless connection.
Printer
Work and research can be printed out using a colour laser printer in the Library.
Photocopying
A black and white, A4 photocopier is available in the Library for student use. Photocopies cost 5p per page.
