The Library is packed with resources specifically selected to support AS and A2 studies. There are copies of text books, background texts, revision guides, reference books, dvds etc.
Online Resources
The Library subscribes to a number of online resources including those listed below. These can be accessed via the school intranet. Links can be found in the 'Library' section under 'Online Resources'.
- History on the web - archived articles from New Perspective magazine. A fabulous resource for A Level history students. See the history staff or the librarian for login details.
- Literary Reference Center - a comprehensive resource for A level English students.
- Science Reference Center - a comprehensive resource for Science A level students.
- History Reference Center - a comprehensive resource for History A level students.
Periodicals
The Library subscribes to a variety of specialist journals and magazines aimed at AS/A2, daily and weekly newspapers and other magazines such as 'New Scientist'.

The Catalogue
All items in the library can be searched using the computerised catalogue ('Eclipse'). This also records all loans and can be used to make reservations on particularly popular books. It stores your personal loan history which is available as a printout on request and can be used as a basis for bibliographies.
