Supervised after-school prep is available free of charge in the Library every day from 4pm until 5.30pm.
After-school prep does not need to be booked in advance. Students simply sign in as soon as they arrive in the Library at the end of the school day. Students attending prep are expected to do their homework and to work in silence. Students must be collected from prep by their parents (i.e. they should not leave prep alone to catch a train/bus etc) and they should be collected by 5.30pm at the very latest.
Computers and laptops are available for students to use during prep.
The librarian is available during prep until 4.15 pm and during this time students can:
- ask for help finding information to support homework
- get help and advice with computers and the internet
- take out and return library books
- ask the librarian to do a photocopy
