Scholarships

For girls entering Year 7
Academic Scholarships worth up to 25% of fees are awarded on the basis of performance in the entrance examination. One of the scholarships is reserved for a Roman Catholic student; all other scholarships are open.
Music Scholarships, worth up to 20% of fees, are awarded on the basis of audition following success in the entrance examination. Eligible students will usually have attained a Grade IV level in their chosen discipline but all-round musicianship is perhaps the more important consideration.
Sporting Scholarships, worth up to 20% of fees, are awarded on the basis of tests following success in the entrance examination. Eligible students will usually be competing at club level in their particular sport and will have the potential to contribute to the school's overall sporting achievement.
Art and Design Scholarships, worth up to 20% of fees, are awarded on the basis of tests and the current Head’s recommendation following success in the entrance examination.

The above scholarships are tenable for seven years, subject to a satisfactory annual review of progress, with the exception of the Art  and Design Scholarship which ends if Art is not studied as a subject when options are chosen from Year 9.
