HALF ENERGY DAY PROJECT LAUNCHED

Members of the Sixth Form gave a superb presentation to the school on Monday about their plans for a National Half Energy Day for schoolchildren on March 24th this year. They hope it will encourage young people to take responsibility for their use of energy and natural resources from an early age to help safeguard the future.The girls used the same Power Point slides as they did at the Student Earth Summit in November 2009. Full details are now available on the school website about what schools can do to promote HED.
Their slogan is ‘Use Your HED to make a Difference!’
